I really liked this boss, especially since it gave King Bob-omb a bigger role in the story, and really set in his personality of a dangerous, kamikaze killing king. My only complaint is that the big explosion isn’t an insta-kill, that would have set the stakes higher
@@mightnare3237 no, it just does a crap ton of damage. If you survive the explosion, you instantly win. But you need to be near max level characters with a ton of defense. Luigi is usually the only one able to
yeah... so I basically cheated my self out of this boss. you see, I stacked up on those defense up cards just before the timer ended and only luigi survived the explosion, making me win the fight.
I cannot tell you the relief of finally beating him after 15 tries, what really matters is your attacks, if you focus on the timer less it could probably help you, try to memorize the attacks because his bombs do a LOT of damage
Lets see if im right So once the boss start a 4 min timer starts, the timer will go down no mater what he are the ways. .attacking .chosing an item .doging attacks .using a battle card Here are ways that it will stop .king bomb omb talking .an achevment .the timer being added coment other reasons
Imagine if King Bob-omb met Billy & Alfie From the Beano King Bob-omb: I can't lose to to these puny brats. I'm a king! I...I have a moustache! Alfie: We know! King Bob-omb: Am I Seeing Things?! Billy:Yes! Now Alfie! Alfie: Abracadabra! King Bob-omb: I Must Be Tired! No More Late Nights For Me! King Bob-omb: Wait A Minute... They're Pranking Me I'M GONNA GRIND THOSE KIDS INTO HEAD CHEESE!
It remains a good game (the boss battle are fun and the musics are good) but unfortunately, the story is too much similar to New super Mario bros games.
