Composed by Yoko Shimomura. Recreated by me. This is part of a commission from @Eden-0005 This is only a commission for this track and not part of a project to restore the soundtrack. This was made possible by using MIDIs someone ripped from the game here: www.dropbox.com/sh/v007g1byu9... and rebuilding the soundtrack from the ground up using a digital version of the original sound hardware that was used to compose the game, applying some modern mixing techniques along the way to lift the veil of 16bit compression and create an updated listening experience. Still love this area so much. The escorting may be a bit of a pain, but as long as you can clear a path for Peach, you should get through quickly without any issues. Plus the music really works for a desert area. Those string plucks, hits, and the flute all work so well.

Oh my god this is beautiful, and I thought I couldnt love this track any more then I already did. The flute is so damn clear here, so enchanting, so ominous, so harmonious. Absolutely beautiful

I hated this place but I LOVED the music! Ceave helped me appreciate it even more and now Sam himself is here to bestow upon us a masterful remake! This is fantastic!

i almost wanna say this is how the DX version should've sounded, but that's perhaps a bit close minded because the DX soundtrack simply went for different approaches for a lot of its OST, and I like the vibe Teehee Valley DX goes for. still, this restoration is *that* good.
