Go to 23:24 to see the world record! In retrospect, I notice that I got very lucky solving this so quickly. By seemingly random chance, the launcher will not despawn sometimes. If this had happened to me, I would have been very, very lost.

Man, I tried clearing this puzzle for days and you saw the solution so quickly. I was stuck on HOW to get the bomb to blow up that block. When I saw your solution I was like ... 'OHHH that's how!'. Thanks again for a great video :) Bit of a shame you won't be playing SeanHip levels anymore. They're so good. But I think he still makes more levels now and then. Also, there was someone yesterday who starred all my puzzle levels! That felt so awesome =) I'm at 35 now. I have a ton more levels to upload and that 50 star mark is getting pretty close now...

I actually once made a level with a boss that was made of many launchers and forced you to run left and right all the time and I can confirm that random launchers just kept despawning after a while. Weird stuff, really. And it wasn't just that. Sometimes, I could barely see those launchers just falling through the ground for some reason. They were actually standing on solid ground blocks, so I have no idea what happened there.

Puzzles that use screen scrolling for spawning and despawning mechanics really aren't one-screen puzzles in any way though. It's using mechanics that simply aren't possible to use when using just a single screen.

If you pause buffer near the far right wall you can clip through it and go out of bounds..... Im waiting for some next level AGDQ strats being shown off in Mario Maker like that lol.

I wonder if he could have stacked the spring on the p switch underneath the spikes with the coins above them, then gotten the mushroom and simply damage boosted through the spikes up to the path to the exit.

I tried making a BIG puzzle and the koopas and blue platforms were ruining things by using off-screen magic; they mistreat other objects while off-screen, such as the shell passing through the platform at the wrong times.

How long did this take you? usually you put a timer with the level code and clear rate at the top
