i would love to see them use this mod to compete to complete the game first. prioritizing killing the other player vs making progress in your own moon count would be interesting

CJ pulled off some tricks in this the fastest and cleanest I've ever seen from him. It was awesome. I also like how quiet CJ would get whenever he got low.
Feels like the runner is a bit too OP with current settings, even when Smant was playing well cj rarely took enough damage to be genuinely threatened. With lots of ways to heal (CPs, moons, LUH) And from what I could tell the hunter still has 3 hp + dies to poison, so most of the time the runner can just fight back and win even if they're cornered. Cool concept tho, could definitely make some exciting content
was thinking the same thing, maybe it would be harder as runner if CPs only healed two or three not 5 if he was at 1. still a lot of healing, but made a huge difference in some kingdoms.
ive seen your chats in cj and smallants stream and cids so much i feel like i knew you personally lol. i tried too talk to you in twitch chat though and you were very confused lol
Smant saying "This moon is mine" gave me a good idea for a challenge if atsign can make it. You both do a speedrun in the same game (like where you can see each other) but once one person gets a particular moon, the other can't
Speedrunner/Player vs Hunter is so fun to watch! Specially when both of them can be very sneaky and/or slippery! Specially at the end, what a way to end a game like this! Ahaha
dope idea, very enjoyable to watch. only thing is it seems like its almost HARD to die. ive never played this game but it seems like some hp rules could make it waaay more interesting

Idea 1:You should play a gamemode where smallant has to catch the real CJ but there are multiple Mario's that look like CJ controlled by AI, also CJ has to be slowed down during this so that Smallant can actually catch up.
It would be cool if when one person collected a moon, the other couldn't anymore. Of course, you'd need to balance it so it didn't just become a lockout, but I feel that would balance the game out towards the hunter. I think it would make it more competitive! Either way, this was great!
Ideas: hunter can have side tasks to get some small upgrades like better compass, extra health, extra jump, small speed boost, and maybe even more damage. Tasks could be random like get runner to 1 health, get the required moons before the runner, get a certain amount of coins, specific moons, etc. Also idk if it's just me but I felt as if getting full heal every flag and moon is a bit much (even though smant won)
The most intense manhunt game I have ever seen in my life, even the D---m's manhunt was not this intense, CJ's strats, controls, and Smant's controls and capping... everything was pure perfection Edit: Many asks about why have i censored, and is because CJ and D---m has never made contact with each other, as for as I know, and it might be in the way of any kind of relationship between them positively or negatively because I said a statement comparing them Second edit: Don't fking fight about D---m in my comments, i like his contents, and thats it
Of you want to make an immersive manhunt experience, make sure to scream “LEAVE ME ALONE” while Smant yell’s “COME HERE DREAM” I mean CJ I mean George Snapmlamap yeah
Things I would change to make it harder/better: 1. You have 4 health instead of 6, and life up hearts give you 6 health instead of 9. 2. Life up hearts cost 250$, and normal hearts only give a max of 2 health. 3. Check points only give a max of 2 health, and moons will only grant you 1 health. 4. Falling into the void or poison will still bubble you back, but you will take 2 damage and have 0.5 seconds of invincibility after you are on land again. 5. When you come out or in a door, you will have 0.25 seconds of invincibility. 6. When you enter a kingdom, you won’t have full health, but you will have +1 health from what you had when you left the previous kingdom. 7. The hunter cannot warp to the odyssey or any checkpoint they haven’t collected, and the runner can’t warp at all. 8. You can only heal a maximum of 2 health in the odyssey once per kingdom, and they safe zone around the odyssey is 50% smaller. 9. If both players are in the same capture, they can throw cappy ONLY to tag each other (the cap would be the capture’s color). 10. all cutscenes would be instant, like collecting moons, using the odyssey, and just all parts where you can’t control the game. 11. If the runner kills the hunter during a boss fight, they get +1 health. Note: most of this would apply to the hunter as well as the runner.
I think only being able to take a single hit before dying is a bit too much since many interactions featured chain hits, especially with the rule that the runner only has one life
If Bowser cloned Mario, for the sole purpose of ruining Mario's chances of rescuing Princess Peach. And since Mario always knows what Mario will do next, Evil Mario can perfectly intercept REAL Mario. So perfectly, that they both died at the same time, probably leaving Bowser and Peach very, very confused.
