So... Does the Dream Events LITERALLY took place in a dream? I mean, the stunts and locations, are NOTHING like the normal Olympics we know. Imagine Sonic dreaming about Dream Fencing the whole time. I'm just saying that if it IS all a dream, then that's cool. Is it really a dream, or is it just, there?
Dream Events are events that are similar to the Olympic events, but these types of events do not happen in the actual Olympics. For example, in the Long Jump, you have to run as far as you can and jump as far as you can. However in the Dream Long Jump, you have to hop on a series of platforms and see how far you can go before you fall off.
In case you don't know what it's called, Dream Discus uses The Air ...for Windy Valley from Sonic Adventure as its music track, which is a remix of Green Grove Zone Act 1 from Sonic 3D Blast (Genesis/Mega Drive ver.).
for some reason, the layout of the dream hurdles made me think maybe they should have put the Dark Moray battle arena from sonic unleashed in dream hurdles but then again, you'd have to dodge dark moray's attacks whilst jumping hurdles at breakneck speeds.
I finally got new record at all dream events yesterday! Dream Uneven Bars and Dream Equestrian were the most tougher of all cause geez i got myself with a lot of pain in my arms after doing that! But everyone were awesome cause olympic were much tougher!

Ah, in Shadow The Hedgehog, the Hero mission was to "find the computer room" for Vector. Basically the way he said it was funny and people kept saying it until it became a meme.
I am a fan Mario and Sonic fan so I know every body. I understand how it feels being a Mario guy and not knowing who Sonic is. I have to say, everyone has to know who Mario is.
@MeltOver7403 They didn't get fired, their contract with 4kids were expired, and they changed their location to California; so they got the new voices in Studiopolis. Honestly I like the new voices, it's just takes time to get used to them.
@EdmacZ Good question. seeing the same Heroes stages (Especially Seaside Hill) appearing in every game is getting a little dull. I'm surprised they have zero Sonic Colors related stuff in here.
I used to love mario games... so i would play as mario all the time.. now that i've been introduced to Sonic the Hedgehog I have never played as a Mario character in this game..
@nintendolife25 It involves as much skill as mindlessly mashing buttons to drift/snake in Mario Kart for example. I wasn´t speaking about the way you control it (which still involves just moving to certain directions instead of mindless waggling) but rather the actions you can perform in game and how you can replay and find all kinds of new neat tricks and shortcuts like in any other mario sports game (like the shortcut after the first tunnel in radical highway).
Am I the only one getting a "Crash bash" feel from some of these events? Nevertheless some of these dream games look really interesting - I'll definitely be picking this game up. And I can tell dream fencing is going to be one of my favourite games
