What i like about her cooking videos most of her recipes and ingredients are not high end brands, most of them can be bought in normal grocery stores/ mini groceries and not very expensive. Very natural. Thank you po for sharing recipes like this. Can't wait to cook it for my family soon :)

Thats the most common mistake nowadays "ay ang galing mo unlike this person" "ay ang bait mo di gaya niya" Can we all stop with that kind of attitude. Thats basically adding fuel to the fire. I love this. I have seen other cooking vlogs where they showcase their English all throughout but they are cooking Filipino food! I like the way she speaks Tagalog and the way she shows how she makes this dish. She’s authentic and I can tell she’s made this dish several times. I will try to make it!
Wala pa rin talagang tatalo sa luto ng ina, kahit gaano kasimple yung recipe pag nanay yung nagluto (with love) ang sarap pagsaluhan ng buong family. ❤️

So Cosmo recommended this recipe and I cooked it for my family, the all approved, lagi ko na sya lulutuin, and tanm ung sinabi ni miss marj na dpat mganda ung beef, we bought ribeye and ang lambot nya, dpat hinde masyado over cook, tas tama dn ung cnb ni miss marj na pag madami nagtutubig haha medyo nagtubig ung ibang batch ko, but over all masarap sya, very si p,e ingrdients ska madali gawin! 👌

Your recipes are easy to follow coz you keep everything simple. Modesty aside, I cook well myself but your cooking style's very inspiring & motivating, eg w/just basic ingredients & easy-to-follow procedures, you whip up classic dishes w/out compromising the taste. So far, I've cooked your version of salpicao, cheesy mac, Julia's fresh tomato pasta, Leon's creamy pasta w/sausage. My husband & I love it! On top of it all and I so love this: you're a revelation on this vlog. I must say it's doing you real good, in terms of your public image. That contrary to perception, you're not the "villain" after all, among your siblings. Wow, never heard about this dish. In fact, it's my first time to see or hear the word Salpicao. I'll research about it! I like it because it's beef (we mostly eat beef and chicken at home, sometimes lamb, but no pork and crustaceans) and this dish looks easy enough to cook it. I like easy to cook meals na masarap. I'm gonna try this for sure but without that much sili and bawang kasi my kids will not eat too maanghang and garlicky. Pero gaya ng sabi mo, there are many versions of it. I also like Dani's version with mushroom as you mention kasi my daughter likes mushroom. Can't wait to try this for dinner today kasi meron na ako ingredients sa bahay , perfect timing! Hi Marj, You're the first blogger i subscribed to, and I have tried amd cooked you Beef Salpicao , i must say it was a hit.I cooked a lot (5 big rib eyes and added mushrooms ) so there will be leftover for the next day, but my husband and 2 kids finished all of it! Cooked this for tonight’s dinner but used mushroom instead of chili. It was delish! 😋 Thanks Marjorie for sharing this so yummy and so easy to make Salpicao. Next time will cook this over pasta which my family loves.
