#BibleStudy #lectionary This Bible study takes a look at Mark 10:46-42, the story of Jesus healing blind Bartimaeus. It is part of an ongoing series looking at the Gospel readings from the Sunday lectionary. All references are ESV.
One final thing (don’t miss this!!) - it’s the blind man who sees Jesus for who he truly is, who sees Jesus by faith and not by sight. “You have seen me and believe; blessed are those who have not seen, and yet believe” (John 20:29).
Listening to this getting ready for sermon on Jesus healing Bartameus. Please pray with our congregation that our Pastor’s blind son will be completely healed. Our God is still in the miracle working business.
Matthew also gives thee account of two blind men( one being Bartimaeous) 9:27-31 Also Luke tells the same story 18:35-43 Mark talks about just one of the blind men that Jesus heals
