Great perspective really thought provoking, thank you. I know my question seems way off topic, but whats purpose of the vestments in this video? (sincere question) Also the whole vertical and horizontal love example was amazing it put the depiction of the cross in my head which i'm sure was the whole point.
Hi! I'm an Anglican priest, and filmed this video on a day I had to wear my "clericals" to the office for hospital visits later in the day. Many Anglican priests wear a clerical collar anytime they're "on the clock" -- I tend to be a bit less formal (most of the time, collar only on Sundays), but it makes a big difference to wear a "sign of the office" for hospital visits.
Here is the meaning of this event. Pigs are an obvious enough indication of Gentiles, swine being the most unclean of foods to Jews, & this raises the question of a political meaning. When the language is understood, it is seen by the pesherist that this is a record of a turning point in the gospel period. 'LEGION' was Theudas-Barabbas, the Chief Therapeut, whose order of Therapeuts who lived in Egypt, but whose elders & married menbers had a center in Rome, so living in both the 'Tombs' (the Egyptian pyramids) & the '6Mountaibs' (the 7 hills of Rome). Therapeuts held communal meals. These ecstatic communal meals lasting all night, are described by Philo & account for the image of frenzy. Even when they lived in Rome, they could be zealot, so having 'demons'. But in this year, 31AD, that of Agrippa's change of allegiance, Theudas was also changing to Sadducee views, less hostile to Rome, & the spirits of zealotry went into other members of his mIssion, those led by a man called the 'Two Thousand', a title with similar meaning to the 'Five Thousand'. Now a word about Gerasa. Gerasa, a place whose ruins have been found, was approximately 60 kilometers from the shore of Lake Galilee. In the pesher, however, Jesus was traveling on the Dead Sea, & arrived at Ain Feshka on the seashore; it was the place where the head of the order meeting at Gerasa came for councils. Therefore, Ain Feshka would be Gerasa when the head of that order was there.

I wonder if it is by coincidence that verse 37 of John 18 speaks of Yeshua being the truth ? The Hebrew word for truth is אמת. The numeric value is 441 which breaks down as 3 x 7 x 7 x 3 = 441. In my experience when a Jew asks Jesus for a new heart of flesh and to receive his Holy Spirit he gets it delivered to him quickly and dramatically! I’m not a Jew- married to one though- but have seen that they are the chosen ones that Jesus is thrilled to bring into his family. Praise the Lord!

God, I would like to have loving conversations with you, please change my story and cut connections with demon-possessed people. In accordance with this word and mark 5: 1-20 , 2 corinthians 6:14-18 I bind to hell every legion of demons in my life, the lives of my family, friends, colleagues, neighbours, acquitances, opponents and the body of Christ while binding to hell every lack of freedom from a legion of demons, binding to hell being unequally yoked and having any common share with those carrying or causing a legion of demons and those lacking freedom from a legion of demons, in the name and blood of Jesus Christ, amen and hallelujah! I am an ELCA Lutheran from South Carolina. Today (March 26, 2023), Mark 5:1-13, 18-20, was the basis for our Sunday School Lesson of the Day. It was entitled "Jesus Overpowers Legion." The hymn, "I'm So Glad Jesus Lifted Me," is a good hymn to compliment this Scripture, regardless of denomination or race.
