So many good discussions, always. Over the yrs I’ve learned so much just by watching your new & old videos. Not just physically but mentally. I may be high off life atm but I’m being honest. Thanks y’all
It seems to me that the end result is to give more consideration to body composition rather than just total lean mass. As mentioned in your previous podcast, you will do well to consider the effects of sleep, nutrition and exercise on your overall health and the impact to quality of life.
What about if I'm 18-20% bodyfat and trying to loose some fat and build muscle? Still bulk a bit or trying to vut? Considering I've already have a significant amount of bodyfat on me? Thanks.
Adding 20 lbs to a 6'6 frame you barely notice a difference. Getting huge while tall takes a ton of effort. You can add 40 lbs and it looks like an average person who added 10-15
I agree it takes time to build muscle, I'm 6"2, been lifting for 5 years and only now, can I see the muscle, maybe also cause its buried under some fat🤣🤣
I’m 6,3 208. Cinnabon, or the donut balls are my faves! I had a week where my meals were an egg burrito with a fruit bowl, donut balls for snacks in between each meals. Rice and chicken. Pasta salad with extra cheese. I love gaining weight lol
If you are trying to gain 5 pounds of muscle a month you are uninformed and you need to understand that that 5 pounds that you’ve gained in that 30 day period is half muscle and a half fat and you can skew it in your favour if you up your protein intake ! But you will never gain 5 pounds of muscle a month you Will always have a percentage of muscle and a percentage of fat game if you are gaining in anyway . Toronto Canada
"I think I'm able to maintain this weight because of my bone density." - No buddy, it's steroids. You're able to maintain that weight and stay lean because of steroids. I see you were still a huge fraud at this point in time, NNNNsima
