Mark Dobmeier is one of the most underrated drivers in the country. No one has won more 410 feature races in the past 15 years save fellow North Dakotan Donny Schatz. Add the fact that he owns his own radiator shop and is a bail bondsman, and you may wonder how he has time to win so many shows.
