as a drummer i feel drown to be inspired and to learn from his style and the way he expresses his drumming passion it is a groovy way to learn and to study gifted drummers such as this drummer as an example this drummer has my attention and my respect for gifted musician
Definitely looks like water droplets.... They seem to come from the little cymbal above the snare. It looks hollow, perhaps it contains water to deaden the sound?
Hey man! Thanks for your comment. Totally agree, it was such an incrdible thing to be stood so close to such a master. I'm just annoyed my phone ran out of battery ! Check out my drum promo video on my channel and subscribe! Also check out my videos from a Tony Royster gig I went to!
Mark is incredible but i like Dave "Daddy" Chris better to talk about the same kind of style. I find Mark a bit too "mechanical" and less expressive than he could with such an amazing technique.
+Pedro Mestre Jazz he goes for a drum machine-like feel. On some tunes it works well, but on a groove like this I agree I'd much rather hear Chris Dave.
+Pedro Mestre Jazz what a great life we got ...an ability to get on RU-vid have enough time to look up shit we want to see and see incredible musicians and say one is more awesome than the other.
This is great, but you didn't film his fucking foot! His bass drum technique is insane and you didn't even film it. On to the next video I go to find out what he's doing.
I'm glad that he isn't Chris Dave (not that I don't like chris dave. He's really cool) otherwise there would be 2 drummers playing the excact same stuff. That is really boring.
