Mark King has one of the most extraordinary and unique techniques in all rock/pop instruments. Nobody played bass fully like he does and everyone who came after him learns his technique when it comes to slap and funk bass in general. If only this was a Level 42 concert it could have been the ideal scenario for a bassist/singer.

I’m glad Mark King still sung and performed “Level 42” songs even when they disbanded, he’s simply wonderful. ✌️😙
