Tim knew from day 1 that he didn't have a case, so he played up his aggression to force a mistrial. It's honestly Machiavellian. This man is dangerous.

That video of Tim berating and assaulting Mark is taken COMPLETELY out of context. It seems all you have to do is push a button on your phone and say "Tim did this to me", and then attach a video of Tim doing that thing, and people will believe it. It's scary!
This video shows how upside down the justice system is these days... Tim is obviously innocent and didn't 'bop' anybody. If I were being tried in a kangaroo court for a crime I didn't commit I would be a bit frustrated too!

Mark just tried to screw Tim over. Tim has always held Mark in the highest regard and treated him well. Tim was loyal and kick started Marks comedic Impressionist career. Mark was a rat and funnily enough ended up in Jail himself. What goes around comes around Mark. They don't like Rats in county. Mark got a second self induced coma when he was in there.
