This was chock full of great items, notably, the silicon cases for the Rode wireless Go II, which I just ordered and should arrive today, + the tip about just recording onto the transmitter. Great tips as always. However, the continuity camera desk view is horrible. Seriously, do not use it moving forward. It really makes things hard to watch and is going to degrade the professionalism of your channel.
@@rippleguys I can't get Continuity Cam to work at all with my Ventura-enabled Mac Studio and iOS 16.2-enabled iPhone 11 with both Bluetooth and Wifi on with them only inches from each other. I guess it's OK though if it's gonna be distorted. But it would still be cool to use to use it as a second, downward-facing camera (without angle correction) for things like this.
@@GameSack I managed to get it to work by firstly plugging in a cheap USB webcam (from Aldi). Then I was able to select either that camera or my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I'm using Ventura on an M1 Mac mini.
@@markspencer3104 In my testing of its functionality, it works OK for objects such as paper, notes or sketches. that are flat on the desk surface and have minimal height.
