His bat may have declined, but he will be missed sorely at first base. He reminded us in his last game why hes a gold glover. Great having you here for the past 8 years, Mark - enjoy your time with the family!

I agree Tex was a great first baseman, but his bat skills were just in the toilet. I think it was time for him to go, it's just not worth paying that much money for a good first baseman.
