Just shows his class . There's great player's and then there's natural talent . Knocking in a maximum under the lights at this stage of his career . One of the games Greats
@@dennisahmet7882 was still heavily dominated by hendry, some great players but wasn’t necessarily that competitive as hendry was an absolute animal and cut from a different cloth, ronnies the greatest but absolute prime, got to be hendry
@@dylanfeatherstone9836 I agree with you on that one. Hendry was a force of nature in his prime, but he still got bested several times by Ronnie early on in his career. Unfortunately Hendry retired a bit too early in my opinion, he's still one of the greatest players to ever hold a cue stick. Ronnie is on another level compared to everyone else though
Mark "The welsh potting machine" Williams my favourite player so Happy to see him hitting his 3rd career maxi. sad he lost the match but yeyyyyyy markyyyy
None of the pro players are truly in the flow, or put in a lot of effort for the tough table. Make the tough table have a prize of a million and you’d see a few 147’s lol
@@arama0010 yeah, just another example of them not taking it seriously. That’s part of the reason too that all these yotubers are somehow getting much better scores than pro snooker players- they take it much more seriously lol
Man, still knocking in 147s at almost 50 years old? He's only gotten better with age. I'm glad he doesn't take himself too seriously, either, he gives the sport so much spirit and levity while demonstrating so much natural ability. One of the best and the brightest.
Good stuff! And thank you for keeping the full version, another couple of mins won't make any difference but watching the whole thing without that annoying skipping from shot to shot is just awesome
I do wonder if Ronnie will be interested again in making Maximums now that Mark's got the 'oldest player to make a maximum' record and Ronnie Loves smashing a record even if you do only get 'pocket change' for making them these days 🤣🤣
Both Mark and Neil played absolutely brilliantly all match. Very few mistakes, and excellent all around games. Had Mark played any other player that day, he would have won, but this match was so far the best one of the season.
Was watching this game. Called my friend after the third frame. Came back to the match after the interval. Checked the last frame to see if mark got a century, and sure enough he got a maximum. I was so mad
Similar incident happened to me a few years back. I skipped 1 frame for my break, came back and the referee said “ Judd Trump 147 and the frame “…… I lost my mind
