The idea of Marketing 3.0 is actually came from Markplus inc. And its creator is; Hermawan Kartajaya. But then, Kotler (As the Father of Marketing), finds out that idea, and he literally wrote a book; "Marketing 3.0".. Basically, Marketing 1.0 focuses on product. Marketing 2.0 focuses on consumer (Consumer-Centric). And then, Marketing 3.0 focuses on humanity (Human-Centric).. So not just Consumen, but humanity. That means, we care about our consumer, and treat them as human being... And honestly, once again, Kotler made a great job on his new books Marketing 3.0.. His books can solve every problem in every industry or corporation...

No me gusto la parte donde dijo que en algunos países de África no hace falta ser un marketing 3.0. Para Empezar creo que todas las empresas deben ser marketing 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 eso sería lo justo. No hay que discriminar a ningún país por ser menos desarrollado.
