And it’s not gonna be a Mac Pro. Even in industries using Mac OS X, Hackingtosh computers have been in favor. Now that might change with Apple making their own chips in-house, but iOS been their primary focus and I can’t blame them. But walk into any VFX or gaming or software development company and you’ll HP Z’s towers and servers running on Linux Red hat or equivalent. OS X is a joke in reliability now and the user control is supidly broken, and anyone who’ve ever had to hack their own Mac’s kernel to fix something that should be basic can attest this. My MacBook Pro 2012 is one of the greatest laptop ever made for sure, and I can admit that, but you clearly don’t work in tech.

@@GmRb79 This is a transfer from a copy of a copy of a copy of a VHS slow (EP/SLP) speed tape. That's why the audio is so poor as well. It seems to have been reasonably well transferred to a digital file with little additional quality loss. The Oasis footage, shot about two years earlier, looks like it was shot using DV tape, which seamlessly transfers to a computer / internet file, looking superb (although still has a 1.33:1 aspect ratio). The loss of quality of the Steve Jobs footage was all in the analogue copying, not the digital coding.

bharath yelavatti that’s your bias. It’s easy to get 60 score out of 100, even 80 is not very hard. When there is not much competition there, 60 or 80 ahead is huge. But it’s very hard to get 95 96 or 99 of 100, when the competitors are not far behind, then it seems apple is no longer special. But all in all, apple products is still the most balanced and most durable device in smartphone industry!

The Apple events are some of the biggest tech events in the world, and entire industries have put their plans on hold just to see what Apple has to say. But 15 years ago, it wasn't like that.

The "I'm a Mac and I'm a PC" ads were agreed upon and represent two different types of people in them. That's why both companies were completely fine with them.
