This level of editing takes work and the writing of the video is well done in a quick but smooth way. Definitely this video should be seen by more people who are interested in brands and business.
This was a great video! One important thing you mentioned was the using colors outside of your personal preference. We do tend to use what we like or what we are comfortable compared to what we should be using professionally. If one were to create a brand for creativeness, what would be the best colors to use for it?

The automotive industry & the gambling industry have done a ton of research on colors... In some cases, different colors were used in select businesses to attract one gender over another and one race over another... Years ago certain Casinos in Vegas used Reds & Purples in their equipment & decour to attract gamblers from Asia...Other products target women or men...Any opinions?

We suggest creating some mockup logos/designs with each color (and maybe try some combinations too!) to see which one you like better and see which fits the goal of your brand specifically :)
While purple usually represents wealth and royalty, dark purple may end up representing sadness and frustration. Pink may be seen as not taken serious enough.

We're glad you enjoyed! Gold is seen as the color of success and gives off masculine energy. Silver is the color of grace and elegance and gives off feminine energy.
Purple is often associated with wisdom, dignity, and independence. Pink is often associated with femininity, playfulness, immaturity and unconditional love.
It all depends on what your goal as a business is. We recommend taking into account the kinds of products your selling and how you want your customers to feel! This video has a lot of great insights on how different colors might influence your customer!

I just watched 9 TV commercials. 8 had people of color. One happened to be three white people. Given the current population ratios, that is not a true representation of national makeup. SO, why are the advertisers doing this ? (MONEY). So, are the companies marketing to people of color ? Or are they social warriors ? And MANY ads have a black guy with a white woman, often blonde ? Never the other way. The people are just actors, probably don't even know each other. What do the advertising company psychologists know that I don't ? Do people purchase because of this ? Thanks.
