What are the blue circles in the chart with minus and other with a lower dot within those circles are? Also what does the black line represent? Anyone?
Although Minervini say he doesn’t pay attention to the indices, O’Neil mentions how he takes the indices into consideration when the market as a whole pulls back and his holdings pulls back along with the overall market. This was in regards to his positions pulling back on a red day in the market.
