Geauga Lake Amusement Park. It's gone now but they used to do an Octoberfest there for many years. Paul Wilcox from "Polka Varieties" is the big clue.

@@1mdragas ok. Ya, I live in Canton so I'm familiar with the sad demise of Geauga Lake. Six Flags ruined it beyond what Cedar Fair could do to save it.
