Hey! I made another thing!
My second big fan animation! (Not counting the couple of really short videos I did.)
I'm so sorry it took so long for this to come out. Believe it or not I started this project in the summer of 2016, hoping I could get it done in like a month like I did with my helicopter animation. Hah, nope. Between school and work and sheer... well, lack of confidence... there were long periods where I couldn't do any work on it. And then when I was able to work on it I kept adding more and more complexity until I FINALLY finished the whole thing this week.
This video has been in the works for so long that:
There are pretty obvious jumps in art style and animation quality at random points due to working on the shots out of order and over a long period of time
Like 95% of all the references in that brief shot of Mark's room are completely out of date
Joy of Creation Story Mode wasn't even out when I started this thing
I couldn't even tell you how many times I almost gave up on this and thought about just scrapping the whole thing. But every time I remembered how much work I'd already put into it and I didn't want that to go to waste... It just goes to show, I suppose. I had a lot of fun working on this and learned a ton.
