The dress at the beginning is lovely and I think good value. Really like the green skirt, but I am only 5ft and I really struggle with the lengths of clothes in the shops now.👍♥️

Hello Pat. Hope your eye feels better soon. I have dry eyes and they get very sore and uncomfortable. You looked lovely in everything every colour suits you. My favourite was the red dress, but that’s only because red is the colour I have always loved. Enjoy the holiday and time with your Grandson.
Fabulous selection Pat loved everything. Had my cataracts done 2 years ago the dry eye is a pain forever putting drops in. Still better than wearing glasses though.

I have those green trousers also and have a navy top which I bought last yr so that will be used. And the first dress you tried on have got that in a top as I have an ecru skirt to pair with it. Hope your eyes feeling better by the time you see this! I also had cataract surgery when I was 52! I do sometimes get pain in my eyes and often it is a lack of the drops that they suggest! Of course it is prudent to get your eyes screened ( and I do too!) but often i just increase the frequency or add another drop to my routine and that seems to help! I find my eyes have become dryer after the surgery and it doesn't take much for them to need my attention! Heat,A/C or fans are also contributing factors! xo PS> Love the green trousers!

@@patgarner8457 I use the brand “ Refresh tears”. They’re in a green bottle! at least they are here in Canada! I have to put drops in every day and sometimes twice! I think the surgery makes our eyes more susceptible to heat and moisture so it’s a year round issue!

@@patgarner8457 my eye specialist also followed up the surgery with a bit of in office laser treatment Our special drop regime here starts prior to surgery and continues for 4 weeks after with saline drops in between! I also went in to surgery with “floaters” and I came out with even more I also was encouraged to have implants for acuity( don’t wear glasses for distance anymore) as I am very nearsighted! I do need reading glasses and find I need sunglasses year round if it is bright outside! I also found it took a number of months for things to slowly heal! Not everyone has a quick transition whether it’s cataract surgery or a hysterectomy! We’re all so unique in terms of recovery ❤️🩹
I had cataract surgery a year ago and the vision in that eye is worse than it was when I had the cataract. The optician told me with some people the protein I think that floats about behind the eyes has latched onto the new lens. They’ve just sold me new stronger glasses. I’m not happy, I’ve read you’re supposed to have laser treatment if this happens. I’m going back next week. You always look really great in all the clothes you show us. You wear them so well. I’m going to look on the M&S website for some linen trousers now. 😊
