This was so beautiful to me because it caused me to be reflective of my life as a wife and a mother and now widow and grandmother. I live with my youngest and her family. I feel like my life has come full circle, has started over in a way as I teach my grandchildren about God,Jesus, Mary and so much more. Just as I did for their moms. I feel the same way. I just wanted my parents to say You are a good daughter. My husband to say that I was a good wife. My daughter to say I was a good Mom.

This was beautiful and made me reflect on how I have worked hard to be a father that broke the cycle of generational sin. And I couldn’t have done it without my wife. I’m not a perfect man. But like Ken said, I hope that at the end of my life, my kids will say thanks dad for being a good dad.

Ken, that is the greatest compliment coming from your son Jacob! How precious! Thank you both for your videos. I wish I had lived my life asking God often what was his Will for me. His gift of freedom of choice is a blessing and a curse. I have had a wonderful life, a wonderful husband of 51 yrs., and wonderful children, but do I have regrets about some of my choices? Absolutely. I think I wish God had made many of my choices for me. That would have made my life simpler & even better, I think. 🙂. Merry Christmas to you both and your beautiful children! 🎄🎁🙏. As I’m watching this video, it becomes so clear how different men and women are. I understand what you said about how your life became more simple when you got married. For women, it feels like it gets more complicated! 😄 But once the children grow, it becomes clear that it was all a blessing.

It seems to me, and I’m not married so I wouldn’t know, that when you ask each other what the other person wants, that question is clearly answered. In my experience, I can’t get a straight answer from a woman when I ask her what she wants. Apparently it’s my fault that I can’t read her mind. It’s incredibly frustrating
