Explain to me how my exhusband got 100% custody of our child then? I'm paying him child support when I've raised our son 8.5 years, while he was out cheating on me. I have never cheated on him - not once. I dont drink, never done drugs. I was a single mom working fulltime, raising our child, tending to my house, yard etc. Yet, they gave him custody. I don't believe what this guy says a bit. Thats not been my experience at all. My ex-husband sexually assaulted one of his female employees before an investigation was opened and he ultimately turned in his 2 week notice and moved near me and our son. He begged me to take him back. He begged me to move into my home. I refused. He harassed me at the job I had. I lost that. I was unemployed 3 months!! He dragged me to court 2.5 years after that. I actually had a recording of him admitting to abusing me. They STILL gave our son to him.

My grandmother, who born in 1924 & passed in 2009, was so stressed out by her husband in the 50s that she ended up having a nervous breakdown. The only relief my grandmother had is when my grandfather died in 1969 & he left her his life insurance. I never had an opportunity to meet my grandfather because I was born in 1978 & thank God I didn’t because I heard nothing but bad things about him--from his kids & my grandmother.

That first one with the guy saying that common law relationships are viewed as marriages is completely false because my ex fiancé left me during my pregnancy and now only pays me $7 a week. It's interesting that there is barely any mention of the children. Traditional marriages are structured for the health and benefit the children. Modern and non religious marriages & partnerships where wemon work and still have to do ALL the child nurturing and housekeeping in addition to a share of the expenses does NOT benefit women and harms alot of children that end up being raised and nurtured by teachers, television and tablets.
