It’s also that judges do sign off on these rapes, because that is what it is, in the States, how is that allowed? What excise is there? None, yet usually in the name of religion. And in these cases a parent agreeing is like they own their daughter, children are not possessions. This is just a story but it happens and no one shouts about it. So it’s only feutuses that class as children not the “women” who are children they allow this to happen to.

And I love that even though the male doctor clearly thinks a hysterectomy should be considered as a last resort, he respected her decision. Zebra If that’s your decision go for it, but remember it’s not a simple surgery and there a more and larger risks than a simple Fallopian tube being cut and cauterised so really think about it, but it would have the benefit of not being able to get Uterine Cancer, Ovarian Caner and Fallopian Cancer and also not have a menstural cycle.

Gayle Cheung well no. There are countries where this is 100% illegal, you can’t marry a minor and you can’t be in a relationship with them, even if the parents agree. So yes, these „relationships“ might happen but they are forbidden and if somebody would find out the adult would go to jail. It is crazy to me that this is possible in the U.S. but sadly not surprising. That country has a lot of room for improvement. This shouldn’t be allowed in any country.

Mohamed Gueliane theres been cases of young girls born in britain being married off to older men in arranged marriages. in one specific case, this girl had run away and tried to tell police many times what was happening, but nothing. once i believe she even went to a homeless shelter but she was turned away because she was underage. she got married and moved to a different country with her older husband, where she drank bleach and attempted to kill herself. she was sent back and treated in britain, where eventually she was murdered by her parents in an honour killing, at age 19. there are many other young girls just like her in europe being married off to older men. it is a problem in EVERY country.
