ppl complain about the lack of flirting or heart events before 10 hearts but i think thats just who he is as a person. if you choose 'you got it boss' he apologieses for snapping and says pretty straightforwardly that he only does it because you make him flustered and he doesnt know how to handle it. add in that a lot of his 8+ heart dialog has him snapping at the player and then apologising right after makes me think he just puts his foot in his mouth around you a lot.
there's that, but also version 1 of the game only came out like a month ago. since the game still has active development, they'll probably add more options and events as the game goes on! people just need some patience!

I didn't know I had to buy a wedding suit and I had the whole wedding in a farm outfit... They could have at least told me it's something you have to buy ;_;
RIP. I had a hunch when i saw the wedding outfit in the clothes shop and said.... what are the odds that'll be provided...? so i bought just in case and wore it on the day of.
As a lot of people point out- there isn’t much romance in this one. And it’s a shame because he was my immediate pick when I first saw him. I really hope they give more to the datable characters in romance area later down to really give it that sensation of a growing connection. I mean it kinda suits Mark- but it wasn’t really geared towards the player until that last bit.
This is too cute but... only one romantic event before marriage? I wish there were other events aside from the kayak or other dates and important moments together 😢
Yeah, my thoughts exactly for some of these romances. It's so clear the romance was just thrown in at the end (like with Suki). Some are a bit better with showing a bit of interest earlier in the story but I can't wait till they implement the promised dating mechanic.

I think my save is bugged bc I’m at seven hearts with him and I’ve missed two events that just won’t trigger. The last one I got was the dog having an allergic reaction to the food. Nothing past that will trigger for him specifically. I’ll get other npc heart events, though those are pretty low hearts. (I’m playing on pc)

Is there a specific season I have to wait for to get his 2 heart cut scene at the community center. He never seems to be there in order for me to activate the cut scene.
I got 10 heart with him, went to beach so many time but no event :(( any advice? which is I followed the guide. Spring, Summer, or Fall Sunny weather (12:00-16:00)
I got mark to 10 hearts, saw all the heart events before the final one and gave him the necklace but I still can't seem to trigger the final heart event. Am I missing something?
Is your house lvl3? He will send you a letter inviting you to the beach but only on a sunny day if it's not winter. That said, his 10 heart event is known to be a bit buggy, sometimes taking longer to appear so it's hard to predict.
@@kpgamez3862 Omg WHAT? Ok if you've seen the 8 heart event and got him to 10 hearts and it's not arriving then something is definitely bugged. Are you playing on a console? I heard they're a lot buggier than the pc release
@@kpgamez3862 hmm, I think you get a chance to receive gifts from people you've got a lot of hearts with, that's unrelated to romance. The letter you should get is him inviting you to the beach. I'm not sure what's wrong tbh
Hey there, check if you've done the following: 1. seen the 7 heart event at the mine entrance where he's desperate and needs a shower 2. got him to 8 hearts 3. went to the lake between 8am to 4pm on a sunny day I'm sorry if this seems like obvious advice, I've never seen 8 hearts event not triggering, it's usually the 10 hearts that's the issue
I feel like mine is broke......I got him to 10 hearts in winter. annnnd I am now in summer...and I haven't gotten the letter or the cutscene to happen :/
Someone suggested it could be that your house isn't upgraded to lvl 3? This might be the missing piece but then again I just tried to get Rafael and I can NOT get the letter no matter what I do. I feel your pain
@@SlothMammoth Yeah I was thinking it could be the house as well. That's my next step, getting the house to 3 and see if it happens. If not I'm 100% it's a bug.
this mark event is all broken! irritating and spending unnecessary time on the whole character because it just doesn’t work and doesn’t come to that letter but comes. really outrageous
