OK hear me out though: It’s like a hallmark movie right? Nancy is a big city mafia wife in an unhappy marriage and longing for the simple life. One day, she finds out that her lousy husband has gotten some one night stand pregnant, and Nancy- furious- heads out to the small country town to confront this person. What she never expected to find however, was her old friend (or maybe an old flame)- who is now a cottage core disaster serial romantic. Nancy finds herself hanging around, to off guard to tell them her new last name and purpose here. She stays with her old friend- lying about her true intentions here, and helps out on the farm in return for staying at the farm. Nancy is a city woman, and also pretty old, so it’s a bit of a disaster. Comedy ensues- as does romance. But Nancy can’t hide from her old life forever.
