Poppy seems too forced but Mars’s personality is so natural and everything she says comes off so perfect and dark but her high voice makes it seem so innocent in a way that poppy will never be able to convey. Idk I just prefer mars. I love the messiness of it all.

Boneless Ratatouille mars have a high pitch type young kid voice while poppy voice is high, soft, and a little raspy. Also why I think mars is more free in her video is their making fun of the internet pretending to be it while poppy is the internet and she like a young robot.🤷🏽‍♀️

I love Mars. THis stuff seems so genuine and it has soul. It’s warm. Poppy’s world is so cold. Almost like Titanic is trying to find this original feeling but cannot replicate it because he can not replace her.

That's because it's real and organic. Poppy used to make good videos before she was poppy, but now she's just a mask. A shell of a human masquerading as something deeper. Her persona doesn't match her personality, she's just a puppet now.

not even that abusive. the relationship wasn't inherently harmful. he didn't consistently beat her. after he cheated, she left and he became super obsessive and crazy. he punched her after they broke up. the relationship was fine.

I think it's clear that Poppy stole some of Mar's aesthetics because Poppy before definitely did not wear the same clothes as she does now which is in the style of "cute and kawaii" like she mentioned in an interview once. A vlog of Mars through her day shows that she owns clothes of such "cute and kawaii" style and her whole wardrobe is full of them. Now she owned these clothes way before Poppy and even called them "cute" so its evident that Titanic might have forced the style onto Poppy.

Feel like I can explain why poppy feels so forced,in 14:10 he said “in five years I want to do the same thing we’re doing now” so when they started to become distant he was obsessed so he broke into her house when she said “get out” he felt offended and started to get mad then he punched her in the face then she dumped him,then he started to stalk her and he remembered how good it felt to be with her so he got poppy and for a last effort he taught her how to do what mars did and she probably got forced into doing it so when she became more popular than mars Argo then they started to throw shade at her to get more fame but hey that’s just what I think.

Ok it’s 5 am and now I’m crying THEY WERE SO SO in love, such a special kind of love too 🖤🥺 both of them were/ are so smart/ way way WAY ahead of their time. Such a fuckin shame this went up in flames. Poppy has no identity. Mars is stunning & groundbreaking with actual soul and talent, and it’s a shame titanic chose the route that he did. He did really love her at one point and that’s clear none the less. My heart breaks for Brittany every day. I hope she comes back and graces us with a magnificent internet presence. Poppy is a talentless copy cat with no identity. There’s no way he cared for her as much as he did Mars & it shows. Rant over. #teammarsargo

She didn't get PTSD from the relationship. She got PTSD from Titanic growing bitter about her wealth, cheating on her, and then stalking her and becoming more and more obsessive to try and win her back. His jealousy drove him to cheat and then her leaving drove him insane. But before all of that, they were truly in love. I want them to reconcile, and at the very least become civil again.

marsii I meant that as both the title and song. It’s just very weird to think about it because of everything that has gone on between the two sides. “I Disagree” is a great song too, though I can’t fully get into the Poppy character as much as Mars. One seems very natural and cute while the other just seems too fake/forced/corporate.

Titanic actually loved her. She loved him too. He thought he was going to lose her, so he controlled her. He eventually made it worse by abusing her and controlling her in that way. Mars left him, with a lawsuit. He longed for her, knowing he made a huge mistake. He knew she wouldn't come back, so he made Poppy. She was supposed to be the replacement for Mars. She wasn't like Mars at all though. So, he made her Mars. Poppy was forced, (by Titanic) to look, act, and sound like Mars. She was being abused too. She left him too. He's now on a new girl, I saw it on Instagram. Her name's Chelsea. She goes on instagram by the name of, "nobodys.dreamgirl". He's still longing for Mars. And he knows it.
