This world as we know it is messed up! We want supportive partners but they can’t constructively give advice. We claim, live in your truth but we can’t accept the truth…… We claim we need communicate and transparency but we are offended when advice is given 🤦🏿♀️ #Icannotwithhumans
I can be so similar to Abbi in my energy and the mindset I see of her in the show generally. This episode was a tough one to witness. Agility of thought is crucial. Grateful for this show 🙏🏿
What rubbish is she talking about? If I'm in a rela and he is putting on or losing too much weight and the body is becoming unattractive to me, I should not mention it to him!?! What??? CHUPZZZZZZZZ! I certainly should discuss it with him in a mature way and we could work on it together as a couple. How I approach the matter and how I say it also matters. Everything should be discussed in a rela, I ain't walking on no damn egg shells around my man.
Umm in a perfect world people would communicate all things well but in reality a lot of people are a work in progress or learning on the job. We have to give grace but at the same time you cannot push your narrative on everyone else. Do what works for you and choose someone that works for you.
