We live in Canada and we have blinds with curtains in front. It blocks out the sun better and curtains look way better. When we go back home to Trinidad we have to buy our curtains. We see the nice curtains and people outside see blinds. Just the way we like it.
While we're talking about curtains, some friends and I were discussing if the curtains go front facing Inside or out. I say front facing inside what y'all think so we can settle this once and for all.
Front facing inside for 2 reasons. 1. D beauty of d design is for ME to see...not whomever peeping from outside. 😂 2. D outside part duz get bleached out by d sun..u don't wanna bleach your pretty design.
So here’s my story I met this guy on a dating app like three years ago it’s called pof. I’m Canadian. He’s Canadian we have island back grounds mine is Trinidad and his is Bahamas. Funny story he’s white didn’t know white Caribbean people existed. Any ways right before we started dating I was in the prices of getting ready to work on cruise ships as a children’s babysitter. Etc. I’m not gonna lie that’s not my dream job but being a cruise ship Maher is so starting on a cruise would be a big deal in that step cause you need to be on the ship to be considered as one but anyways fast forward to the first date and after that I had instantly stopped going through with it cause I knew he was the one and mind you I was like 20 fast forward three years we’ve been married for two months and have a 12 month old little boy. So following your heart and not your dream could work in some cases. Didn’t watch the episode yet just read the title love y’all god bless.
Women always HAVE to think about the future because NO ONE ELSE thinks about it for us. We watched our mothers, grandmothers, aunties work hard, suffer and sacrifice because the men in their lives did not provide well or did not think about the future so yes we are going to take the oppourtunity. Plus what did you study for? Why throw away that oppourtunity. And if men get the same oppourtunity, women tend to hold the homestead down and say to their man take the job.
You know, my husband said this when we first met. Majority of women love on a condition but I do know for a fact that men love harder than women and when they get hurt? They take it much harder as well. I know I don't love on a condition but I always wanted a man with ambition and one who was not comfortable settling or staying stagnant. I guess that was my condition
