That’s only time I disagree with him because Melody left before they were on the show. Carlos begged her to do the show cuz she didn’t want to do the show. Martell and Carlos have even admitted that he was good at hiding it. She didn’t find out about the cheating till 2017 but he was cheating since 2015 again even Martell admitted it. She tried to make her marriage work for 3 years and Melody left for good and filed for divorce in April 2020 she didn’t know Arionne was pregnant till that summer it was around June. That’s the TIMELINE. I disagree. I think Melody was getting her excited plan together. You notice how she is able to keep the same lifestyle but Martell is struggling. Not only is she smarter but, she kept working on her goals. Martell was focused on other things.
Jasmine is the anchor of the show. She’s not leaving. Also, she seems to really be coming into her own since having her baby. I think Mel would still be there too. I don't know about anyone else but I remember when this show started. I remember being proud of this black progressive group without any petty drama, discussing building and property development. Melody LEFT Martell prior to the show being pickup. She FINALLY left Martell AGAIN shortly after the pandemic, when she had given birth to their youngest daughter. Melody realized Martell hadn’t STOP cheating but was attempting to become a BETTER CHEATER. Keep in mind the pandemic was taking people out here, so Martell was endangering the ENTIRE FAMILY! In closing, Melody strategically put a divorce plan in motion and executed it! Sounds like a smart woman to me.
