I wonder what to do for people like me who experienced a trauma from like a total body shutdown that may have impacted the brain. My personality is not what it used to be and it is difficult to parse out what I can and cannot control moving forward. My wife, children, career, and every earthly thing are on the line. This talk though has been so helpful and I will be reading her book.
