I get what you're indicating. And you're right. Some people have it bad making a difference between certain people, such as when one is perceived as being subordinate to the other. It's really a shame that adults think and act that way.I went through a similar incidence the other day, except that it wasn't as bad as someone calling me a pest on my show. There is a time and place for everything. Wow, the epitome of rude and disrespectful.
She's too bombastic, too bossy, yet super touchy, and fragile, to host a show. I'd hate to be a man in a relationship with her. It would be a nightmare....strong, petite women, are to be avoided.
I think Bethany asked for it... Martha was trying to be nice for once by telling her "you have your own show" so let it go but since she continued to ask Martha got fed up and finally told her the truth "you were a pest". As in annoying .

If more than one person is telling you that you're a bad person its not them its you that need to change. Bethenny is so boring, I'm surprised this show stayed on past a month! all she does is fish for compliments and talk about herself
Hmmmm....interesting. Two Scorpio women.....one is very evolved, funny, fun, and classy....the other one, bitter, pugnacious, insecure, and still holding a grudge from long ago. Bethenny, Martha is what you should STRIVE to be. But you won't.

Martha wasn't even rude about it. She was honest. If Bethenny can't handle the truth, then she needs a little more growing up to do. For goodness sakes, she's an adult and she couldn't even handle that? Not everyone's gonna like you, Bethenny~! Get over it.

I'm so glad Bethenny got canceled. I used to like that woman, but her voice is super annoying and you get tired of hearing it. Also, she was rude to a lot of her guests. I agree with Martha. Except not with how she uses past participles. Bethenny isn't so likeable NOW. And she's STILL a pest.

As human beings we ALL have a lot of growing up to do. Constructive criticism is needed from time to time and knowledge is weightless. With life there is growth. I like Martha Stewart and Bethenny. Powerful and funny women :)
I remember watching Martha’s Apprentice show and feeling sad for the unwarranted disdain that was directed by Martha onto Bethany. I felt then that perhaps Martha saw the very rare and special qualities in Bethany-qualities that invite tremendous personal and commercial success in an individual-and instead of attempting to capitalize on this and promote Bethany, Martha appeared to instead attempt to crush Bethany before she had a chance to truly get started. In this 2005 competition in which the winner would be Martha Stewart’s apprentice, Bethany was a determined little hustle-heart who radiated main character energy, and I, as a mother of little girls, was so proud of her example. We were perplexed to see that the one who actually seemed to want to punish Bethany for these magnificent qualities was Martha, herself. I smile to myself now, remembering. I remember the hard-working happy-hearted little dynamo, Bethany Frankel, and I remember my little home-schooling family who was rooting for her. The mother in me also grieved to notice, episode after episode, that Bethany appeared to be affected physically in the face of this unnecessary and unrelenting stress from what was clearly the result of cruel and unnecessary push-back from the woman who should’ve been thrilled to mentor Bethany, thrilled to introduce the world to her, thrilled to be a woman who could go down on the record-books as Bethany’s friend and mentor and the one who discovered her. I am one person who does remember, and I have smiled to myself to hear of Bethany’s many successes along the way. It is a sad legacy for Martha that Bethany’s success has not been so very much BECAUSE of Martha Stewart, but rather, in SPITE of Martha Stewart. With genuine sadness in remembering the manner in which a young and earnest Bethany Frankel was targeted and mistreated by Martha Stewart on national tv, I am so very proud of Bethany for her tremendous successes.❤
I can’t stand Bethenny Frankel. Ever since she made that video of her self about her Yorky dog suffering and she never took the dog to the vet really told me everything about her. It’s always all about her. The poor dog died. You don’t deserve a goldfish Bethany.

I have never like and will never like Martha Stewart! There's something behind her eyes that see so much lies! And I the only that thinks she's full of shit. I don't buy her brands because I don't want to give my hard earned money to her.
Bethenny has implied that Martha discriminated against her on that show because they had dated the same person or Alexis and Bethenny had dated the same person at different times.

I think Bethenny's show could have done well if it was less focused on being your typical talk show. They should have went more in the vein of Rachel Ray. That is who Bethenny originally was like.
