the way martha and river were literally so cute together. i feel like she had a chemistry that none of rivers other girlfriends had with him. everytime they were on screen together they were both incredible they were so open and raw and beautiful actors (and a beautiful couple) i literally love them together and martha is adorable she looks like a little doll

She seems so pensive and like such a good thinker. I really liked watching this and she seems really sweet and balanced. Also love the interviewer, she asked good questions and didn't push in directions that seemed uncomfortable for Martha. I like that she took time to think the questions over, overall the interview was both sincere and respectful which you don't get a lot - especially for celebrities that are girls and women. Idk I'm just really liking this vibe, it's really calming and I could listen for hours jdjdjdjd
That is true! They were young and in love! She obviously was so into him. I think because he chose the drugs over her it messed her up badly. Now I feel she’s so bitter and angry inside because of it. She rebelled and did everything opposite of what he stood for. Her eating meat, etc. she just shows this bitterness and hate and resentment now. You can just see it in her face and her demeanor. Sad! 😢

The fact that you haters of Martha simply hate on her based on this “image” you perceive of her is beyond such an embarrassment and truly tragic especially because you base it on something you want to completely justify your hatred of. You don’t have to like her but at least show some respect because that’s all River would ask and want. He would by no means appreciate nor tolerate the hate and cruel remarks you throw towards someone he loved and adored fondly as he did of Martha.
She was the first female I related to as a kid. See that power shining through her, man: she is empowered. And that pisses people off. And she doesn't give a damn. And haters continue pissing their lives away, while she is living hers.
She is cool. I'd love to act and her perspective on finding smart, witty, roles for women I agree with. I like how down to earth she is and not putting on some fake voice for an interview
Just saw her today in her new film called "Mass" at the movie theatre. She really pulled out all of her acting skills for "Mass" and she is literally in every scene of this film. Her and Ann Dowd who is also in "Mass" were incredible together.
I disagree. Martha's personality is too strong. And looks - wise, really up to this time, still wonderin how in the world(!) River fell in love with her
@@AestheticallyC It actually wasn't his baby. They had broken up sometime in June or after then and by the time she turned 19, he was already in a relationship with his next girlfriend, Suzanne Solgot.
I like the fact that she kind of resembles River Phoenix a little bit she's got his long hair and a plaid shirt and she keeps putting her hair to the side like River Phoenix always did we miss him so much he was my favorite actor and he still is I had such a big crush on him stand by me is my favorite movie of all times in fact I'm going to probably watch it tonight give a shout out to River Phoenix❤❤❤😢❤
Actually, they were still together, it was just that they had referred to one another as friends rather than boyfriend and girlfriend. They had made a pact not to discuss their relationship with the media in fear that the press would gain a much more interest in their relationship rather than their careers and question them about each other.
