I like Martha. I think there were some POWERFUL people that did not like her. Maybe they could not bend her to their will. Whatever the reason, they exacted their revenge on her, but despite all of that, she came through it all in a pragmatic, graceful, and dignified manner. The past is past. I think she is an amazing woman who created something very good out of very little. She has my respect and admiration.
we all make mistakes in life, Martha is a fantastic woman with a great personality and surrounds herself with beautiful things sadly people like to hurt others to somehow make themselves feel better this actually does not work it simply breeds negative. And yet the current secretary of the Treasury known to be one of many responsible for the 2008 crash and drove many homeowners in trouble under the bus, was and never will be prosecuted. I'm glad she's come back and got herself back up. Fair or not, she's paid her debt.

I am more than understand who was and is Martha. She is one of the first well-known woman when I had the very first to know the entertainment in this country.
Not me too stuffy and even snooty. More earthy and real she came down a few notches since she was incarcerated. I think it really helped her see how the average Americans are living their lives everyday.
You are right I see it! But I am Polish Canadian but do not have her Uroda. I look different larger eyes round and big lips and I am short but the only short in my family.
