So true. Also: I'm mildly surprised that the lady has never done a travel/food appreciation series before, if only a one-time ten episode thing-- where she could hop from Vermont to South America to Vienna to Tokyo to Ireland to Brooklyn, etc. Focusing on both cuisine and people/culture. But maybe Martha avoided the idea because it's been done too much already, by Anthony Bourdain, Jamie Oliver, and others. Still, I like your idea about her sharing stories about where's she's traveled in her life and doing recipes related to them. And lastly, it would be great if Martha did a memoir. I'd listen to that audio book tout de suite ... to use a French phrase.

I use curd on cheesecake, trifles, pancakes or crepes, swirled into icecream, on top of poundcake, etc. And just put in my mouth lol. Filled chocolates too, I use white chocolate typically an sometimes paired with coconut

You can also use sugar in place of the beans. It gets toasted and adds a depth of flavor and you can use it in what you would like. Toasty💖

I converted the cups to grams since I am in Europe, the measurements of the dough are way way wrong, it came out of batter consistency rather than dough consistency!
