I ain't Brazilian but I can easily say the creator just hating fr capoeria is better than taekwondo and I took taekwondo combat taekwondo has the fastest kicks by a huge difference but no defense and besides the backwards kick most of them are pretty weak capperia solos and if you get good enough you can beat muay thai fighters but if your short your cooked you need reach for that
Eu sou brasileiro e não tenho tanta conhecimento sobre artes marciais, mas até onde tenho conhecimento um capoeirista tem muito mais versatilidade em confrontos 1v1 ou múltiplos adversários e ditam o próprio ritmo da luta, as acrobacias e imprevisibilidade são bem notórias, apesar do Taekwondo ter ótimos chutes e um bom sistema, capoeira ganha com uma certa facilidade na maioria dos confrontos, capoeiristas podem fazer tudo que eles podem, mas não posso afirmar tanto sobre precisão pois, Taekwondo tem muitos chutes difíceis e precisos, nada fáceis de dominar.

As a guy who does boxing i dont think you can compare martial arts to eachother since they all specialise in different categories it also depends on the person who preforms each martial art
Go to an mma school and you will learn how easily you can compare different styles. Boxing is an amazing addition to a fighter’s standing game. But a solid basis for allround fighting is kickboxing/muay thai combined with wrestling (control in grappling) AND BJJ (possibilty to end grappling with chokes etc).
@@profbot7053 kicks are not as conventional as punches are in a real fight. best thing to learn is boxing and wrestling (incase the fight goes to the ground, but you should NEVER try to takedown someone in a real fight unless it’s a fair 1 on 1)

So every boxer out there, thinking they can win from leg kicks, will learn you can’t do shit if your kneecap is destroyed. And honoustly, the only thing you can do against lowkicks is shin vs shin (and trained kickers win that). So why di you think kicking is bad out there? Besides that, punching a head without gloves is a extremely bad idea, especially in the boxing way (a lot of peope braeak their hands). If that happens, I’ll crush your hands by purpose (research show that most of the facial places do more harm to fists then the fists do to the face). Wrestling is ultimate in a 1V1, period. But indeed, dangerous out there. A friend can stab you or something. Still, the idea of wrestling is more important then the sport itself, also if you fight outside (control the others movement and momentum with brute force, not some magical movement like with Aikido or something). So I’m fully with you in this one.

Ah all of them are so traditional, their effectiveness are questionable in MMA except Muay Thai.. but outside MMA, Silat, Capoeira, Ninjutsu, and Kalaripayattu are effective weapon users.
@@Sang_Akrobatisit all kinda depends tho. Silat for example, mainly uses weapons like the karambit and short swords, but the Martial art can be very deadly if learned in such a way. It can even result in death without weapons.
A headbutt isn't that hard to learn imo anyone can do it also muay thai is a lot more technical than lethwei so muay thai will probably have a better chance at winning

I like Boxing and Kickboxing, but I have decided to follow the path of wing chun, "It's not about styles, it's about you" and I will dedicate myself to training hard every day Wing chun, which is the style of fight that best suits me. I hope to demonstrate that a Wing Chun fighter can beat other martial arts.
@@almost12inchesh no it's because lethwei is less technical compared to muay thai. Due to it's unpopularity it didnt evolve as a martial art and didnt develop new techniques and tactics. Also, less players = less talent pool.
If you seen muay thai vs lethwei matches between burma and thailand. You'd usually see the thai's being more technically superior and the lethwei being more durable

No, martial arts can suck. If I make a martial arts that teaches you to block punches with your head, them I have made a bad martial art. Thus, ineffective/bad martial arts can exist.
bjj over wrestling in my opinion, as it’s a more fledged out discipline, people don’t realize that you train both wrestling and judo techniques in bjj, (single/double legs, ankle picks, hip throws, trips like osoto gari) and then with those you also learn jiujitsu techniques

@@bluefalcon6356 it is a style though, any other martial art has multiple things in it that can be found in other martial arts but they aren’t considered mixed martial arts. Like karate has some grappling techniques that can somewhat be found in other martial arts but it’s still just karate.

Isnt lethwei similar to muay thai only they add headbutts? Would that make them a more complete martial art (even if it shortens the users life span due to brain trauma)
I’m not too sure exactly what lethwei I just know it’s similar to Muay Thai. But Muay Thai Boren has headbutts too so Muay Thai could have headbutts too depending on which variation.

Lethwei is technically more complete however the fact that muay thai is so much more popular means that it has more practioners therefore the quality of competition is better. The "talent pool" is much deeper, allowing muay thai to overcome the lack of headbuts
True, but most school don't have sparing now, that's why it is more brutal, since the practitional never got to test the moves, when face with martial arts with even less brutal techniques like boxing, it lost due to its lack of sparing

Nope, lethwei contains all muay thai techniques, the only difference being lethwei is bare knuckle => stronger and more brutal hands, has headbutts => more weapons, and not only that, in lethwei, the ref doesn't seperate the fighters when one is on the ground since it was used in the army so it also has groundfighting, obviously muaythai has less techniques compared to lethwei and for defending, both has pretty the same techniques, just matters whether the practitional wants to focus kn defending or not😊
Most Muay Thai fighters can beat the highest tier lethwei fighters. Just due to the popularity of Muay Thai and the amount of skill in the community. But if based purely on the art, I think lethwei would win
