I am mid 40's and started doing Tang Soo Do with my little guy. He just received his black belt and I am looking into ways to get this old body to black belt with him. Thank you for this video.
im a girl and i recently joined an mma club and it’s honestly been really tuff for me but recently i found this channel and ngl i see improvement on my flexibility and strength. thank you
I did these exercises along with your examples and then I repeated them properly. Now I'm exhausted witch was expected, but I'll continue them daily. Now I see I'm out of shape!!! Thanks, Nat!!! Du bist ausgezeichNAT! 😎
U helped me alot with my martial arts journey .. U inspired me to take on kyokushin karate and I'm loving it..looking forward for more tutorials keep up with the good work😄
My kickboxing style has always been a little goofy, but I’ve been learning so many Karate Techniques from your videos and have been getting so much better, I even landed I clean headkick against someone much taller than me
Thnx for this. Tried it. I worked up a good sweat and my kicks were a lot higher. ❤❤❤Although the last move was a little hard on my chest but practice was good. Thnx so much.
I like this workout and It is really good for people who want a faster and easy method to imrpove their martial arts. But I will keep doing my own calisthenics workout. 120 pushups, 90 dips, 200 squats and about 18 pull ups.
Just go for it, as long as you hit it with a learning mindset and enjoy it. Anyone who tries gets respect & anyone who’s weird or off usually gets shunned or sorted out at some point. Plenty of women doing it nowadays get to it!
Hey I'm a black belt in karate and going for my second black belt this summer, I teach a lot of girls and a lot of guys, and actually I've noticed that a lot of us are like a family, you get a few who aren't but they never tend to stay at the dojo long and you shouldn't let them get to you anyway, it's your journey not theirs
@@Lizzie-sl5ou That's so nice❤️🤗I'm going to start next week actually, I'm excited but nervous too, thanks for sharing that with me, I wish you all the good luck on getting that second black belt girl🤗
Yo bro i got a boxing bag but no gloves or the tape should i still fight without them by the way my skin is getting bruised and the skin is tearing off
Punch the bag slowly so you dont injure your knuckles i guess Knuckles can harden and deform to become stronger when you cause some small damage to them Which is why people do knuckle push ups and makiwara Still i reccomend you get gloves
Wait a minute...😝 When turning on sides (lean on knees) SHOULD have stretched leg-"backward", in straight position completely. ALSO jumping from squat to tap shoulders with knees!!! ("squat kick" can do ~50 times just fast hitting target standing-both legs... With squat should add jump,OR try reverse; put leg on bag and push off as hard can! GREAT for shins and stopping power *we did front kick in both Karate and Tae... 🤔depends on trainer experience🤔🤔 Push ups (not fully on floor, getting slight moments of rest, rest ok👍 BUT😝 Q:After doing them... Have did/try removing number of fingers-finally ends on thumbs, won't just strengthen arm muscles, also fist/knuckles. (&also Q: "How haven't already doing on 1 arm? Isn't just about strength,as much of keeping "gravity center" of whole body. (yeah arms will get stronger but also more likely to avoid injury if hit in wrong way)
Question: I have been learning some karate from home for a while now and wanted to actually learn but the only dojo is an hour away and it’s a Kenpo karate dojo is that’s karate style as good as styles like shotogon or no
Nat I need advice wether is should keep doing taekwondo cause I’m getting into fights at school but I only win if there is 1 guy if there’s another I lose so should I ditch taekwondo and then do boxing 1:13
back kick solves all ur problems. nah but fr tho, u could tkd's quick slide in and out footwork and mix in some quick boxing strikes if you want, tbh it's your choice if you want to stay solely in tkd or solely in boxing, or mix both. dont rely on this tho, i'm just giving what i think can be beneficial for your fighting.
I'm not sure what kind of build is your body, and what kind of circumstances are present. I would suggest running. If running is impossible then train hard, rest well, est healthy and sleep plenty. Rest is very important and active recovery helps you to recover faster and get better results. You shouldn't ditch the martial art you're training and replace it with another as you'll loose some progress. Suplement it with elements from another instead. Remember that running away is not a loss.
