Absolutely Brilliant.....I laughed through every part. I've never seen Martin Clunes laugh so much and Cleese is one of a kind! Thank you for sharing this!
I love Martin Clunes .... when you watch him on old episodes of Have I got news for you when he was a contestant he was so naughty and he still is now but he has mellowed with age...but it's still there lol - the violin was the best comment of the whole show!
I've honestly lost track of how many times I've watched this. It's so good, it never gets old. Graham is a very funny host. (Loved him on Father Ted) John Cleese is always a hilarious classic. Martin Clunes is so wonderful! I adore Doc Martin and I have seen every episode several times. I even bought the Doc Martin movies, just to go back and make the experience complete. Online I found the Saving Grace movie that started off the Doc Martin character. All these people together are comic gold! :)
Too bad they didn't do a bit more with Jane Turner - she must have been the last minute replacement for Usher(?). She has a very long history and has done a lot of comedy, most of it funnier than K&K.
i think so too. I notice John was trying quite hard to explain his intention for the Dont Mention The War joke. He wasnt joining the make fun of german jokes.. Anyway, love both Lee and John.
The dog dying bit in part 2 was my favourite. As a canadian I just watch british shows because the american ones are awful and canada doesn't really make any. When they remake shows they lose what made the show good and throw in some hot actors/actresses.
I watched this from part three on and only at the beginning of the 5 part I realised there was a token woman who says absolutley nothing! Who is share and why was she there?
Bugger, I can't remember the line, but here goes, "not funny????" "Its not funny for any German peoples" "you have absolutely no sense of humour". Or something.
