Just like the standard LX-1E travel guitar, the Ed Sheehan Divide features a solid Spruce top, high pressure limit back and sides, a laminate birch neck and high quality Fishman electronics. Where it differs is in the cosmetics, featuring an engraved divide symbol in the top, similar fret markers and blue sound hole rosette and headstock logo. All of the hardware (tuners, nut, bridge and bridge pins) have been finished in black and the guitar comes supplied with a quality Martin gig bag.

I’m having so much trouble finding the X one, but I have the divide one. I’m not fussed about the + one though. I’d love to have the X for my live guitar or maybe an alternate tuning guitar, so I can keep my divide one in good condition, in standard tuning. How are you finding each of them, compared to each other?

Great demo! Ed Sheeran’s not my thing but seems they really put some thought into the aesthetics. Nice guitar. Played a similar one and they sounded way better than I expected. Much better than the Baby Taylor’s.

0:19 sorry took your hard work so let me explain what’s happening hit the A string put your finger on the 5th fret hit it 3 times then slide to the third fret hit one time then switch it to the six fret to the low e string then slide fifth and third and I think you know the chords already but when you do the other thingie man I can’t explain it do it reversely so yep btw I figured it out by ear training so 👍🤘

I started playing guitar 2 months ago. I bought a 150$ guitar pack. I really want this guitar, but since im a beginner its a lot of money to spend. Is it worth upgrading to this, or any other guitar? Is there any noticeable difference in sound quality when you go from 150$ to 700$?

ed sheeran is a beast music maker this is my 4th guitar and my favorite of all time. Plays fucking amazing I went to guitar center like 1000 times to play I while I was away at school during the pandemic, I couldn't resist and bought mine finally. I also have tiny hands I am a girl, and playing since I was 8. I needed it badly. And a bonus is its gorgeous ❤

Looks like a good guitar for a singer songwriter performer looking for something smaller but I winced when I heard you say piezo. Those things are disgusting. They sound like shit. Should be microphone only.

mics don't work for everything. Looping is way better with a pickup unless you're sitting in front of a stationary mic and not moving.

I played it, and I don't like it at all. It sounds very boxy and it feels very cheap. The Martin Dreadnought Jr sounds way better and is cheaper. You're paying for the Ed Sheeran name.
