On 18 November 2023 I went to Shiine On at Minehead Butlins. Here is Martin McAloon, the bass player from Prefab Sprout, playing their hit When Love Breaks Down.
That’s why he’s a bass player, but is actually a better singer than I am. I really enjoyed his performance, he was telling some very entertaining stories between songs and came across as a really nice gentleman, I would definitely go and see him again.
