Crispy Pork Belly Sandwiches
Succulent pork belly, oven roasted then crisped in the air fryer, served on Martin's Slider Potato Rolls with lettuce, onion, carrot, cucumber, red chilies, and cilantro.
Ingredients:
- 12 Martin’s Slider Potato Rolls
- 1 Pound Pork Belly, skin removed and cut into cubes
- 2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
- ¼ Cup Dry Rub of choice
Optional Toppings:
- Sweet and Spicy Sauce of choice
- Spicy Mayo
- Dark Green Lettuce
- Red Onion, sliced thin
- Carrot, julienned
- Cucumber, shaved into ribbons
- Red Chilies, sliced horizontal
- Cilantro, roughly chopped
