It's ok to feel sad and hurt and to cry but you're stronger than you think you are. Move on because it may not have meant to be. You'll find someone who loves you for who you are and will treat you the right way and then you hold onto him because that kind of love is true and is hard to find. Get back up on your feet and enjoy your life because it can be cut short. This is what the song means and I really like it because it represents how strong we can be and is a great way to remind everybody who is going through a heartbreak that even if we think we can't make it through, we are not alone and we are tough.

I absolutely love Martina McBride!! She is definitely one of my fave country singers! The best part of the song I love is where she sings, "Everyone falls down, every crawls down, and then... then they get up again." Cuz I then realize that not just me, but that everyone falls down in their life, but they don't quit! They get up again and they move on.

Love this song! The chorus can be used in every situation in life. I recommend it to cancer survivors, and as one myself, I use it to remind me in an upbeat manner that it's okay to cry, and we can move on--even when challenged by cancer. Thank you Martina! I listen to it at least once a day!

I'm so thankful that she wrote this song. It's always very helpful. The only part I disagree with is the moving on part and finding someone new. That part has never worked out well for me. Great song! I always hear this song on the country music station radio in Hawaii and this song really grew onto me. And I just decided to look this up to see who this singer is.
