I loved Marty's stuff in the Netflix show NASCAR: Full Speed. I wish we had more of him in NASCAR these days!

This episode moved me spiritually in so many ways Jr and Marty. Thank you so much for sharing your experiences and passion for your life and work. I spent 25 years working as a Firefighter and was away from my family more than I had time with them. So many memories and time lost but I cherished the time and still do, to this day. Much Love

I have been so looking forward to this for years I met y'all Daytona years ago with Budweiser when the bar I used to run up in New York was one of the top Budweiser sales and it was a southern bar up north and y'all can have been any nicer and one of the main reasons I loved watching NASCAR was because of you Marty because of the way you talk to everybody because you had that passion and you were the same age you weren't yes you were inexperienced but you had a different quality The only other person that's as good as you I thought was Jamie Little and still is to this day I love watching her but you guys love the friendship I love that tiger woods thought because I always love the fact that the two of you did that it just so in such a great sign of friendship and Marty you're awesome on college Love watching it you are prepared Glad life treated you well because you worked hard at it

That’s awesome. Marty-I sell and rent heavy equipment for the last 29 years and a mentor of mine gave me some advice when I started have a family. Even if it took all night to drive home don’t miss a ballet performance or a t-ball game, be there for all of your kids events bc there will be one day when they grow up and recall and/or rely on your presence

Even before Marty's interview on Jr's retirement you could tell his interviews were just better. I watched a lot of Nascar pre-race for years so I got to see him in action. Marty should really strike a balance from flying all the time and staying in a hotel though. Maybe alternate.

The best thing you can teach your kids is self reliance. And not reliance on their parents

To an extent. They need to know that you will be there when they need you.

Marty is still one of my favorite broadcaster/sports commentator/reporter right along side with Dave Despain. There is something about him that just clicks.

Hey Marty let me ask you a question I'd like you to talk on this point so during the year of basketball or football or baseball we play the one in 16 as a playoff well I mean by the time we get to the playoff that's supposed to be the most competitive coordination stage of it all but all I see is like I said the 16 to 1 ratio they going to put in the stars and who they want to see when the championship will they play distance to get to that level to play competitive construct from a 16:1 but I don't see it nowhere I bet you they've been getting killed gambling like that
