I am using Alto 800 from March 2014. I drived this car for long distance of 450 km in single journey 8-10 occasion.l am very happy. Never feel unsatisfied. We can't expect more in this budget. Thanks for maruti Suzuki company.

I have purchased the same car on 07/11/2016. My experience is almost same as you. But reliability , low maintenance & fuel economy forced me to exchange my old indigo gls. Suspension & power of this car is low but in my opinion it is suitable for the ordinary public of small towns.

2005 mein mere Ghar par pehli car Jo aayi thi Woh alto hi thi , ekdum base model , no power steering , no AC , no ABS nothing fully manual but humlogon ne use Bahut saare trips kiye the . Sabse bada trip Surat Ka tha by road around 2100km.

Its a very basic car guys. 800 cc Can't expect high speed stability,. Power etc. Its value for money in 3.4 lakhs But alto k10 is amazing. Must prefer that.. It feels very powerful and stability. K10 has good pick up. Its difficult to find good powerful car these days. Even ford figo petrol. i20. Tiago, eon, kwid, etc feels under powered

Nice video.. Although I'm a bit curious why did you got it serviced every 5000 kms while the manual states that post 10,000 kms, service should be done at the next 10,000 kms or 1 year whichever is earlier.

Sir mujy alto 800 2017 model mill rahi hai April 2017-6000 km running at 2.4 lakh Another one is october 2017 -3000 km running punjab registration no. With some extra accessories around 35000 ki accesorries lagwaa rakhi h at price of 2.85 lakh Which one is better for me ? Both are in petrol version. After purchasing it i will put cng kit in it. Sir mere pass alto 800 2016 model hai. Maine 24,000 kms pe service karayi hai aur abhi wo 25,000 chali hai. Ek din maine 800 ka petrol liya aur 100 kms chalaya aur next day maine khadi car me A.C ko full pe chalaya sirf 10 minutes aur next day 30 kms chalne ke dauraan fuel khatam ho gaya. Car jhatke dene lagi. Sir kya reason ho sakta hai?

120 is top side speed of that car so definitely it will have less controll. one having 1.6l engine will also struggle at 200km. Alto is light thats why it feels it is losing grip. the heavier the better. But then they have to take mileage and pickup also so its no point of discussion.. car that will be smooth at 120 will be less efficient on fuel. so its a complete parcel you have to buy not bits and pieces.

I disagree :- price wise Alto 800 50,000 cheaper from kwid n Eon with same features on same .8 litre engine. 2. Alto k10 60000 to 70000 costly (on road) same features like keyless. Entry power window etc 3. Best for daily commuting from home to office 4. Price n features wise redigo is better but it doesn't give special 30k discount. Cons lack of services availability of redigo. 5 . Alto 800 has worst seats n comfort. 6. Slow acceleration on heavy load due to small engine. 7. I already drove 11000km on Alto. B4 buying I have tested all the car and bargained on all car. Finally the best value for money car came in front of me ie Alto 800. 8. Maintenance 1200RS 1400rs per 10k km engine (oil n oil filter).
