Blade is the movie that made taking superhero movies seriously possible. He is a character with incredible appeal across all categories and cultures of people. If they do the game and movie right, or even as good as the first film, well, we will have quite a lovely thing my friends.

They could still do Dracula. In the comics, Deadpool falls in love with Dracula's wife because she's like him to a degree. Some crazy comic book stuff happens and I think he shrinks her down while she's in her coffin and literally puts her in his heart to keep her safe. That could be a way to introduce Blade into the story, because if Dracula dies, so does she. As far as the videogame trailer, well, they are still using Wesley's likeness, so maybe we'll get a cameo somewhere in the upcoming film. The signs on the door are for the underground network, so not sure why dude was scared of Blade. He obviously knew who he was lol.

I grew up watching the blade movies. I know early marvel had its problems but i thoroughly enjoyed everything they put out. Take it from a huge Alien and Predator fan im used to not getting what i want but i still love every bit of it!

I would love to see a "Marvel Knights" story - maybe "Blade and the Marvel Knights" or something....start with a small team of established characters....Blade, Moon Knight, Black Knight, and Bernthal's Punisher. Maybe even have Jared Leto Morbius in there as the perceived villain who later becomes an ally. Go full R-rating, none of this "Morbin' time" nonsense. If they bring Wesley Snipes back, make him "Whistler".

its not crossed my mind before, but the idea that Doctor Strange being public in the MCU might lead people to wonder about things like vampires. Any underground vampire society is gonna hate that, and the movie would start at this speculation coming to a head or the vampire council deciding to take matters into their own hands. If it was not for the rest of the MCU movies, I would be very tempted to start it off with an Avenger being turned.

They actually decided to film/pick a part of the new blade movie to shoot in my hometown of Barberton, Ohio recently. The part is going to be filmed in front of a barber shop in the downtown part of town ironically :)

This game could be really good. Give it a good story, open world for pacing with side missions, & a devil may cry gameplay since blade has so many weapons to work with.

I was unaware that blade had been around since the 1920s. I thought that his mother was bitten back in the 60s and that’s how he emerged as a hero in the early 80s.

I think the 1920s thing is the comic book origin, whereas the 60s version is the Wesley Snipes movies.

We need a good black actor with a mix martial arts background like Wesley Snipes but this time cast a younger actor playing a older man. Blade ages slow like wolverine and has healing abilities along with so many different powers that most doesn’t know because they aren’t comic heads …… So already they are dropping the ball on this iconic character.
