The venom near you started enhancing at 2:20 was the venom from the Tobey Maguire movies, specifically Spiderman 3. It's obvious cause of the web lines but his spider-symbol was also darkened, which kept it from being fully visible.
He actually appears in the Spider-Girl comic line when Venom rebonded with an older Peter Parker, taking the appearance that in the video, but the colors grey were it normally red and black where it normally blue
I think the Venom was based on Topher Grace’s Venom from Spider-Man 3 with Tobey. His Venom is the only one with the white web lines running along his body. You’re finished coloring of it though did make it look like Toxin with a spider symbol 🤣
The second picture you colored in, the one that you were unsure was a marvel character, was Venom and his suit is basically all black and the spider man logo is white.
3:11 That's supposed to be Venom from Spider-Man 3. In the movie Venom had a web pattern similar to Spider-Man's but much messier. Even so, the drawing remains as a very free interpretation.
The video is pure magic! 🌟 It struck me with its beauty and depth. I too couldn't resist the beauty of art and creativity after mastering colored dry sand painting. It's such a unique way to convey your thoughts and feelings to the audience. ✨🖼
I could be wrong but those Sandman images resembled Spider-Man 3's actor Haden Church... i think that's the Topher Grace-Eddie Brock Venom from the same movie.... i saw that the abdominal web pattern for Venom went from Spidey's traditional vertical pattern to a uhm, radiating one once Brock got the symbiote...
I find it funny that the dofference between bad children's colouring book art and beautiful professional comic book art is making the subject look like an oiled-up naked dude.
I’d love to see your subsribers color it and send it to you so the top 5 or top three could be included in the next vid! (Also another reason for them to watch your videos til the end🔥)
The Spider-Venom is from the Spider-Girl comics when Venom rebonded with an older Peter Parker and took an appearance closer Peter normal suit but with grey replacing the red and black replacing the blue
this book is a bootleg. All of the images are traced -the first is a promotional render for the Ultimate Spider-Man TV Series -the second is probably fan art -the third is The Amazing Spider-Man #48's cover
@@carloslang5840 I wouldn't necessarily say coloring books are a good way to learn how to draw. But I am no teacher so I'm not gonna pretend to know. I really like David Finch's series on how to draw comic characters. I highly recommend it.
Looks like Toxin but Toxin doesn't have the web design or spider logo, just red and blue, which are correct but his hands and forearms are blue and his tongue is green.
Hi James, I think the Venom piece is Actually based in the Spiderman 3 Venom Costume. This suit is Charactize for Having the web lines of the red and blue Spiderman suit(This is Because Sam Raimi(The Director of the movie)Didn't want to have a flat black suit)
The red and blue venom actually is very similar to a character named SPIDER CARNAGE who is Spider-Man combined with the Carnage symbiote You can look him up, his design is very similar to what you did up there with venom
Would be really call if you took your viewers work (voluntarily) and did some cool hero art, kinda like you used to do with your children's pieces. Personally that is my favourite stuff on your channel, won't speak for everyone else. But awesome stuff as always.
I know this video is a year old, and there's no way you're gonna see this, but I'm pretty sure the Venom with the webbing is meant to be Venom from Spider-Man 3.
Whenever a younger artist shows me their work with a disclaimer like "This isn't my best work," or "I'm not a great artist," I always feel it's important to tell them to stop making excuses for their art. So it's weird to me to hear a much more talent and accomplished artist saying the same kind of stuff. You're a great colorist, and you did a great job. It's good that you know your limitations and you are professionally leaning in to your strengths, but you shouldn't sell yourself short on your skills as a colorist!
Only thing I can think of is spider carnage from the 90s animated series towards the tail end when the multiverse is introduced after there secret wars or battle world arc with the beyond. Similar design but more carnage then venom 🐱
That Venom (Pic 2) looks like the Topher Grace venom from Spider-Man 3 or another version of Toxin cause that’s the one Symbiote that looks most like Spider-Man.
I wish i could do this, i would legit be going through so many coloring books😭 ive seen this a few times and i love it. I just suck assballs at shading and toning characters
