heimdall knew that banner/hulk had so much more than just to smash and could be the one to save everyone. banner-hulk was made to wield that gauntlet. it may have nearly killed him but he used his strength and will to undo what thanos did. that's why he's a hero.

Yeah Hulk's arm was toast after doing the snap. I really hope they keep Hulk in the MCU after Endgame, I would love to see them introduce Red Hulk (General T. Ross) or She Hulk too. Red Hulk would make a good antagonist in a Hulk movie, and it would be a total spectacle to see Banner and Ross hulk out and knuckle up.

I don't think it was the Russo's faults. Disney made a deal for hulk and they basically pay for the amount of screen time and importance he is to the story. So Disney probably limited the hulk's appearances to save money

I just realized that when ancient one said "I'm counting on you Bruce. We all are." , it was kinda foreshadowing his role in snapping everyone back to existence. May be it motivated him as well. People say the directors didn't do him justice. Yes, he deserved a bit more, but he has one of the best character growths in mcu...

What The Hulk represents is man’s eternal struggle with himself. And it’s different for all of us. Addiction, depression, ego, id, sin, righteousness, good, evil, integrity, degeneracy. We all can relate. And the struggle is intense for a lot of us! We need another Hulk movie that shows his true power. That movie hasn’t been made yet. His true power could’ve defeated ole what’s his name early on!!!! But we wouldn’t have the movies we have.

@@RahulSharma-se5nq I hear you, as a big hulk fan his treatment in Infinity war and endgame really soured my overall enjoyment of the movies. I believe the directors/writers themselves admitted they didn't know how to handle him and it shows. I'm all for character growth and having Bruce reconcile with the Hulk but it could've easily been done without avoiding/getting rid of one of the character's core traits that he's beloved for. Especially in the culmination movie for the OG avengers. It's a shame the Hulk wasn't given a moment to shine like everyone else.

(Even tho I love the Incredible Hulk Movie) I wish they would make a deal so that I an finally have the best emotional hulk arc ever (Mark Raffalos Hulk) have his own solo film... such an in depth character I would have loved to see grow. This was an awesome tribute! It really captures Bruce Banner's struggle of one man, alone versus the world and existence itself just beating on him relentlessly. The build-up from 1:05 to 2:00 was my favorite part! It makes you appreciate how much he perseveres through his suffering in order to be a superhero!

Nobody ever talks about Banner much, he's an underrated character. Without him, Loki could've done what he needed to in New York because Banner wouldn't have been around to quickly find the Tesseract. And everything after wouldn't happen.

Hulk never needed to be stronger to control himself; he needed support and to surround himself with like minded people to grow and become who the hulk is after endgame. Maybe we all just need a little more support from each other.

Edward Norton's hulk was probably the best in terms of raw fierceness and anger.. but Mark Ruffalo added some emotional quotient and vulnerability to the hulk which made it all the more acceptable. Never could imagine E.N's hulk shut down the screen on the quinjet the way Ruffalo did.. or for that matter the way hulk sulked in Ragnarok.. he was lovable like an overgrown kid!!
