I love the Iceman puns. They made a bunch of tree-related puns with the Treant character, so I'm not surprised! Storm has to be one of the coolest characters ever, I mean LARGEST STRAIGHT. So great.
I wonder if these new sets are play tested with the older ones to make sure the older sets wont get blown out of the water every time making then obsolete. I hope they are and that it is still a somewhat fair fight.. cuz it could be fun seeing a samurai go up against wolverine or something of the like.
They have a pretty extensive play test process and a growing competitive scene, so I don't think this will be an issue. The most powerful characters at the World Championship this week were a good mix of characters from all the seasons so far.
All heroes in Dice Throne are carefully designed to be balanced against each other. This is definitely a top priority for the designers! Never underestimate Nate Chatellier's design process, haha!
They are making gambit and rogue. It was spoiled on another channel. Just go look for other dice throne xmen stuff...there isn't that much yet and find the video there is a duo that plays and says all the characters coming out.
